Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your SKEGIC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the electronic item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Device

    Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and pack it securely in its original retail packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are fully covered.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
